Supporting High Performance through the Development of Feedback Culture

THE ASK

With an upcoming performance management cycle, a professional sports and entertainment company wanted to provide their workforce with guidance to maximize their development and feedback goals. After numerous changes to the organization and its performance practices, this was an opportunity to get leaders on the same page and begin a new era of more intentional talent management.  


OUR PROCESS

The Cee Suite partnered with the organization’s Talent Lead to understand the their existing performance process, available resources and desired goals. We also reviewed their most recent workforce engagement survey and focus group results to understand internal sentiment and requests for the development and performance processes. Finally, we used these insights to deliver professional development workshops for both managers and individual contributors.


WHAT WE DELIVERED

  • Company-wide performance management training, including Maximizing Performance Feedback for individual contributors and Feedback and Coaching for people managers

  • Organization has since developed an ongoing partnership with The Cee Suite to deliver DEI, leadership and professional development throughout the organization. Subsequent topics have included Allyship, Brave Conversations, Inclusive Leadership and more. 

THE IMPACT

Workshop feedback included:

  • 100% of those surveyed shared the Feedback and Coaching workshops improved their understanding of the topic 

  • 97% would recommend the workshops to a peer
