A private equity company looking to improve its talent management efforts wanted to redesign their performance management and reviews process.
OUR PROCESS
The Cee Suite first reviewed existing process materials and conducted interviews with 15 team members spanning departments and career levels. We assessed what was currently working as well as where the organization needed additional structure and guidance. We also reviewed several options for software to support the organization’s new strategy.
As we designed their new performance management approach, we were careful to keep the process simple and flexible to align with the company’s entrepreneurial culture.
