Meet Caraline
Caraline Malloy (she/her)
Consulting and Operations Intern
Caraline Malloy is a Consulting and Operations Intern at The Cee Suite. Her experience assisting with the evaluations of the National Science Foundation’s diversity initiatives have fueled her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion work.
Caraline is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) and is a matriculating Ph.D. student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Baruch College. She has an extensive background in social psychology research and program evaluation as a former member of UNCG’s Social Cognition and STEM Program Evaluation laboratories.
Outside of her internship, she uses her interests in evaluation and diversity, equity, and inclusion to examine how various forms of identity and group membership (e.g., political affiliation, race) result in biased judgments of faces.
