Meet Camilo

Camilo Romero (he/him)
Operations Excellence Project Manager

Juan Camilo Romero was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. He is a first-generation college graduate, with dual majors in Marketing and Information Systems from the University of Florida.

Through a dynamic tenure at Macy’s Inc. in merchandising, marketing, human resources, and multicultural community relations, Camilo earned a track record of influencing company culture through cross-functional strategic (DEI) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. He is experienced working alongside senior leadership to operationalize and scale internal and external programs. Camilo also serves on the benefit committee for the Latino Commission on AIDS, and he is currently pursuing a Masters in Global Business at the University of Chester.
