Nikol Toussaint (she/her)
Consulting and People & Culture Lead

Nikol has spent the bulk of her career supporting entrepreneurial to-medium sized organizations experiencing rapid growth. She brings both strategic and tactical experience in all aspects of talent management and organizational development, giving her a keen ability to align people and talent strategies with business objectives.

Additionally, Nikol has built equitable and inclusive strategies for organizations with varying degrees of talent management maturity. She has applied her experience across different sectors and industries, including NGOs and private equity-backed organizations.

Nikol is a passionate advocate for social justice inside and outside of her professional life.
