THE BACK STORY

As a recruiting and inclusion & diversity manager, the core of my career has been finding and developing talent. For nearly two decades, I worked on human resources teams at Goldman Sachs and Accenture and loved my work – ultimately, I got to help people start their dream jobs and navigate all aspects of corporate life.

In my own career, I worked on high impact initiatives, building programs and processes from the ground up and consistently earning opportunities for promotion and advancement.  Regardless of my role, title or mandate, I always felt a strong connection to talent development, mentorship, and inclusion & diversity efforts, and passionately used my platforms to support the career development of others and transform teams.  

Over time, I recognized there was a greater opportunity to share the expertise I had developed in human resources to advise organizations in varying stages of their own talent management and inclusion & diversity journeys and create one-on-impact for individuals seeking to elevate their brand and careers.

In 2017, I left the corporate world to do just that. As the founder and Managing Partner of The Cee Suite, I work with organizations to solve their talent challenges and coach professionals to achieve their career goals.

OFF DUTY

In my personal life, travel is one of my biggest passions.  I’ve visited 6 continents, nearly 40 countries and over 100 cities worldwide, but who’s counting?  I also enjoy dabbling in real estate, interior design, and art.

I’m a Brooklyn native and resident.  I also call Miami, where most of my family lives, my second home.  Special shout out to Washington, DC, where I went to Howard University and earned a degree in Psychology.
